The members of the selection committee for the best award paper will be Frederik CARLSSONPhoebe KOUNDOURIBengt KRISTRÖM and Jordan LOUVIERE. Prior the workshop, the fours members of this committee will individually vote for the best paper based on two criteria: quality and innovation. We are very grateful to them.

Deadline registration for presenting participants.

March 20, 2016
Bengt KRISTROM will attend the workshop. His research center, CERE, is providing a very promising postdoc position (see the section "job offer" for more information on the position). Hopefully, a WONV participant will be hired in this research center devoted to environmental and resource economics. Good luck to all the WONV candidates!

March 15, 2016
Paper selection has been very difficult due to the large number of high quality papers. Thanks to the members of the scientific committee and to new contributors including Thierry BLAYAC, Jurgen MEYERHOFF, Giovanni SIGNORELLO and Muriel TRAVERS.

March 10, 2016
Another innovation: "Ping Pong" session will launched for early stage researchers. The assigned referee and the audience will have 15 minutes to ask questions and make comments/suggestions for each of the papers. There will be no oral presentation since everybody will have read the papers. The main goal is to help improving the papers as much as possible.

February 15, 2016
Paper submission is now closed. We have received a record number of 54 papers from all continents!
We believe the presence of the three keynote speakers and the best award papers widely contributed to it. There may also be a "wine" effect, who knows? By the way, the wine tasting at the end of the workshop is not to be missed.
The Scientific Committee is now reviewing the manuscripts and the results will be notified by March 15, 2016.

Novembre 29, 2015
Early bird submission period is now finished. We receive many articles from all over the world, which is great (applicants from Australia, Brasil, Chili, Ethiopia, India, France, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, Sri-Lanka, UK, US and Switzerland). The number of persons in the scientific committee being limited, we had to "hire" new reviewers: Jens ABDILTRUP, Brett DAY, Arnaud REYNAUD, Jean-Michel SALLES and Giovanni SIGNORELLO. Thanks very much!!

Novembre 10, 2015
A best paper award will be launched during WONV4 in Bordeaux. The best paper will be hosted for a presentation in

Novembre 5, 2015
Submissions are now open!
Due to the particular context (the dates of WONV4 coincide with several major events in Bordeaux, including UEFA EURO 2016) and in order to let you start planning your trip as soon as possible, we encourage early bird submissions. All papers received before November 29, 2015 will be notified of acceptance/rejection by email by December 7, 2015.
The review process for these early bird submissions will be strictly identical to the general one since paper review is essential to maintain the overall standard of the workshop, and to ensure high quality and relevant discussion. To submit your paper, please click here
